At Empowering Our Youth Inc, we offer several opportunities for youth to be involved in their communities and prepare themselves to be the most productive adults they can be.
Mentoring
Mentoring program pairs our youth mentee’s with a mentor that provides guidance, shares knowledge, and supports the mentee’s personal and professional growth.
Continuing Education
Continuing Education program assist our youth with tutoring, assistance with filling out FAFSA and other college documents, and access to college fairs.
Workforce Readiness
Workforce Readiness program provides access to career fairs, helps our youth build a professional resume, teaches the youth how to dress professionally for interviews as well as provides job leads to those ready to enter the workforce.
Community Giving
Community Giving program focuses on giving back to the community. Events such as Back to School Drive, Christmas Toy Giveaway, Thanksgiving Charity, and other community service opportunities are hosted under this program.
Food Pantry
Our Food Pantry provides youth and their families with access to non-perishable food items to help assist with food insecurity.
Clothing Closet
Our Clothing closet offers our youth and their families access to new and gently used clothing items, shoes, and toiletries to help with daily living, boost confidence, and help with job interviews.
An array of resources
Our comprehensive suite of professional services caters to a diverse clientele, ranging from homeowners to commercial developers.
